Jets-Bills game delayed by damaged Skycam
The New York Jets and Buffalo Bills had to sit through a 15-minute delay in the third quarter of Sunday’s game because of an issue with CBS’ Skycam.
Not because it wasn’t working.
But because it was in danger of falling on the field.
One of the cables holding the camera snapped, causing it to drop down out of position. That was obviously a safety concern and it brought the game to a screeching halt as the crew removed it.
